Recipe: No-Bake Energy Balls

These are so tasty and oh so simple to make! And what is even better...they require no actual cooking! Score!

So I suggest whipping up a big batch of these and placing them in the freezer.  Whenever you have company coming over, or the kids getting in from school, pull them out and viola! You look like the cooking genius that you so are!

Don't worry, it will only take you 10 minutes tops to get this together and then you can "ball" out!

Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts

1 cup cashews

5 pitted dates

2 tbsp. coconut oil

1 scoop IDLife vanilla protein powder

1/3 tsp organic raw honey

*dried cranberries to taste

Method:

Rough chop the walnuts, cashews, and dates

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender

Blend until sticky consistency

Form "dough" into balls (whatever size you prefer)

Place balls into refrigerator until you are ready to serve. You can preserve your balls in the freezer as they soften quickly

Store in an air tight container and these should keep for up to two weeks...but we doubt it because they are sure to disappear just like ours did!!!

Enjoy
